3. Fixed Deposit Investments – locked-in investment plans with higher returns
4. Flexible Savings Investments – on-demand investment options with liquidity

5. Fixed Deposit Investments

• Minimum investment: as displayed in-app
• Terms available: 30 / 90 / 180 / 360 days
• Interest rate: displayed before confirmation
• Early withdrawal may result in reduced or no interest
• Funds are secured under regulated financial institutions

6. Flexible Savings Investments

• Add or withdraw funds at any time
• Interest calculated daily and paid monthly
• No lock-in period, but rates are subject to change
• Ideal for users seeking liquidity and moderate returns

7. Fees and Charges

All fees (transaction, withdrawal, service) are transparently displayed in the app.
Finbubu reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice.

8. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Use Finbubu for money laundering or financing terrorism
• Misuse the platform to harm other users
• Circumvent security mechanisms or exploit system vulnerabilities

9. Risk Disclosure

All investments involve risk.
Returns are not guaranteed and may fluctuate due to market conditions.
You should assess your financial capacity and risk tolerance before investing.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws
• Your actions pose a risk to others or the platform
• Required by authorities or regulatory bodies

11. Limitation of Liability

• System outages or technical failures beyond our control

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
